Hello Urban Green

ThIS Green Wing of is an ongoing research project that explores urban greenery through the combined lenses of Environmental Psychology and Contemporary Art, establishing since 2005 a stable framework of action-research where the legitimizing concepts of both disciplines converge and intertwine to form an experimental and agonistic body of work.

FIELD MAP

The Soft Ontology Papers operate as a didactic entrance layer into Socioplastics. Shorter and more accessible than the core protocols, they translate the larger architecture into readable conceptual essays while remaining structurally linked to the DOI-anchored cores and the wider field system through the PROJECT INDEX.

  • An archive can contain enormous quantities of material and still fail as a knowledge system if its contents cannot be located, related and interpreted. LegibleArchive names the condition in which preservation is joined to navigability. Archival science organizes provenance and arrangement, knowledge organization builds conceptual pathways, and digital preservation protects continuity across changing technical environments. Socioplastics treats legibility as the difference between storage and active memory. A usable archive requires stable naming, indexes, version histories, persistent links and enough contextual information for future readers to understand why an object matters. Legibility does not mean simplifying the archive into a single narrative. It means constructing sufficient structure for plural readings to remain possible. A document should be able to stand alone while still revealing its position within the larger corpus. LegibleArchive therefore transforms accumulation into an environment for research. The archive becomes operational when its stored past can be selected, compared and reactivated in the production of new knowledge.
